  1. When men treat women like commodities, or trophies to be won and displayed. 
  2. When women wear ULTRA SHORT SHORTS out in public. Seriously, I think you should’ve worn just your panties.
  3. Too much make up on women. WHOOOO IS THAT GIIIRL I SEEE /SHOT
  4. When men say that they don’t know how to do chores because they’re not women.
  5. When men walk around topless. Except when it’s near a body of water or if there’s a need to. DOES SUCH A PRESSING SCENARIO EXIST


7. Things I like and things I don’t like about the way I look.

Things I don’t like: (AGAIN, GIRLY TMI SHIT AHEAD) Deep, dark hollows under my eyes. They look like eyebags, but well. They’ve been there since forever? They say that maybe my eyes are just too deep into my face. My face is also prone to pimples. Thick eyebrows. My legs are hairy and I can’t wear stuff I like. 

Things I like: Um. I think I have a good walking posture? Does this even count =))  

14. Something I do without realising

Relate daily events—trivial or grand—to my OTP. Seriously, I create mental AMVs of them in my head and it’s almost a natural occurence asdfghjkl;

  1. I have a coin purse in the shape of a fish! I bought it from where we held a school trip for Ecology. 
  2. A saucer of kiwi slices. My mom said bought them from Saudi, and said that it was around 1/3 the price per kilogram here!
  3. Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli. A friend recommended it to me, and I just bought it yesterday.
  4. A polka-dot shoebox containing some crap that didn’t belong anywhere else.
  5. My trusty electric fan. YES IT’S RIGHT BESIDE ME

No, they got in! Sorry I wasn’t able to answer them right away. I’ll answer these, too! ;u; But I already answered 6 and 20 so— 

17. Something I regret.

Not doing my job properly for an org project last semester. I supposedly had a lot of responsibilities, but someone else ended up doing them instead. I won’t even include it in my resume because I strongly feel I don’t deserve to.

22. 5 things I want to change.

  1. In terms of appearance (GIRLY SHIT AHEAD): I wish my skin wasn’t so prone to pimples and that my legs weren’t as hairy, so I could wear shorts and dresses anytime outside my house.
  2. My caffeine tolerance. I wish caffeine could affect me the way it should. Right now, I have no means for effectively keeping myself awake, and it’s really hard for me to get things done because of sleepiness.
  3. Right now? MY PRE-ENLISTED BIOLOGY ELECTIVES FOR NEXT SEMESTER. I wasn’t able to sign up, so I’m forced to take Entomology and Parasitology. Parasitology is fine (it has a lab component though), but ENTOMOLOGY. I wish I can load rev quick when slots open!
  4. The climate in the Philippines. WHYYYYYY
  5. My tendencies to think masochistic thoughts. I often imagine bad things happening to me and how people around me (family and friends) would react or be affected.

2. A famous person I’ve been compared to.

Kemi, after reading my Forty-nine Seconds fic (about Cleis post-SDF) told me that I was ‘her new Nicholas Sparks.’ =)) I know that’s an overstatement but I appreciate it! I don’t really read a lot and that fic was the first OC fic I’ve written, but I guess all compliments mean a lot to me. 

6. How I’d spend ten thousand bucks.

I’d use it to buy myself a pair of good binoculars. I’ve been wanting binoculars for stargazing and cosmic events! The rest, I’ll spend for clothes and food (assuming that saving it isn’t allowed).

Day Seven

Four memories you won’t forget
I can’t promise that I really won’t forget anything, but I’ll post the most significant things so far, yeah?

  • Those cheesy meetups with my best bro—where we sit/lie down on a grassy hill under a starry night sky. I haven’t done that before. It’s just like in the movies; cliché, but heartwarming nonetheless. (Though being on that windy hill was freezing as fuck) 
  • I celebrated my 18th birthday by going to our university’s unvisited rooftops (CTC and SOM—yes yes, why do you think they have still have stairs after the third floor) at night. Alone. /cue creepy music Then I looked for a Christmas lantern across Katipunan Street. In the end, I didn’t find one.
  • After a year, I finally opened myself to “reveal” my birthday. I really kept it from everyone. With passion. I celebrated my 19th birthday by treating my orgmates to dinner. There were so many of them; we had to join three tables (or was it four) over at the restaurant. I was so happy I cried. Pathetically, in front of them. A friend even bought a cake for me. That really made me feel important.
  • Roleplaying my OTP with my best bro; it started even before we were best bros. It’s our OTP that drew us together in the first place, and the memories tied to it are some of the ones I’m doing my best to keep.

  • Vegas Skies by The Cab. It’s got a sentimental value to it—it’s my OTP’s “feel-good” CHEESY theme song. I only listen to this song on special “feel-good” occasions. HAHA SO CHEESY I KNOW 
  • Marching Bands of Manhattan by Death Cab for Cutie. Good God, I’ve been listening to this for months now—anywhere. It’s really relaxing. I also think of M/E when I hear this
  • Everlong by The Foo Fighters. This was one of Mami’s theme songs I—HUHUHU
  • Poison and Wine by The Civil Wars. Their voices. I swear to God, I don’t know how they make people swoon with such musicality. 
  • Masterpiece Theater, Pt. 3 by Marianas Trench. It’s the last song off their Masterpiece Theater album, and it’s like a mashup/synthesis of all their songs for that album. I have too many feelings for this song. Too many images in my head.
  • For The First Time by The Script. I used to sing this song a lot.  All my feels HUHU THE IMAGES OKAY

Nine things you do everyday
 I’ll be basing this from when I’m still in school, because my short summers are too inactive.

  • Use the internet. This is inevitable. Homework updates, requirements, group discussions, and everything else is on the internet now. Of course I do procrastinating too.
  • Complain and rant about anything. 
  • Look at the night sky, and try to identify as much heavenly bodies as possible.
  • Think about how I’m going to eat dinner. 
  • Stare into space for a while.
  • Crack a lame joke or pun.
  • Stay up late. Early. Late-early, until around 2-3 AM. 
  • Shamelessly think about my OTP
  • Talk to my best bro. A day shouldn’t go by without asking about each other’s days, or sending a simple text message to verify we’re still alive. ;u;
